Expo 2015: from June 1 to October 31 Dolceamaro

 Confetti Papa brings Molise’s excellence in the of Cocoa and Chocolate Cluster.



It promises to be a hot and delicious early June in Milan.

From June 1 to October 31, the company Dolceamaro-Confetti Papa of Monteroduni (IS), will be the protagonist of Expo 2015, in the prestigious window of the Cluster of Cocoa, stage entirely dedicated to the worship of the food of the gods.

Built inspired by a jungle, the cluster of cocoa celebrates a food cultivated for thousands of years. It is a symbol of energy and life and an essential economic resource for more than 30 countries worldwide.

Covering 3,500 square meters, the Cluster of Cocoa features in the common area a number of poles of different heights and shapes that they are the metaphor of the trees under which the cocoa grows. The layout of the pavilion is inspired by a cocoa plantation, and each room is dedicated to a producing country; They are part of the Cluster Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Cuba, Gabon, Ghana, Sao Tomé Principe.

It is a honor for Dolceamaro – Confetti Papa to represent Molise’s gourmet confectionery, with its strong tradition and the driving force for innovation, in a unique scenery, alongside the giants of the international and national industry of chocolate, as Lindt, Pernigottti. The company is also selected from the excellent representative of the Italian territory operated by Eurochocolate.

To celebrate its 40 years of success, Dolceamearo is ready for Expo Milano 2015, bringing the tasty color of confetti and macarons within the Cluster of Cocoa and Chocolate.

Sweet delicacies in which the almond and chocolate melt in delicious harmony with the natural notes of fruit. The sugar.coated’s heart of almond is covered by the finest chocolate, the same chocolate that becomes greedy cream between two soft meringues of the  macaroons, made with almond flour.

It is an important opportunity to present our products, our recipes and our region to the millions of visitors expected from all over the world.
